2. Repair Authorization

By submitting your device, you authorize us to:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs
• Install necessary parts or software
• Access the device as needed to complete the service

3. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices.
We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or recovery during the repair process.

4. Repair Estimates & Approval

• Initial estimates are based on visible issues.
• Additional problems may be found during repair.
• We will contact you for approval before proceeding with extra costs.

5. Parts & Warranty

• We may use new, refurbished, or compatible parts.
• Warranty period: [30 / 60 / 90 days] (specify your policy).
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage
  • Water/liquid damage
  • Software issues caused after repair
